A Brief History

Metalúrgica Orro S.L. was established in January 2000 to satisfy the growing need for Light and medium sheet metal in the Wind Energy sector. Over the last nine years the company has grown strongly. Starting off with a workforce of 8 employees and increasing to the 70, and with a turnover near to €10 million. 

Company’s main goals:

  1. 2000: The company is established. 
  2. 2005: QA Standard ISO 9001:2000.
  3. 2006: Laser cutting plant is opened.
  4. 2007: Implementation of the EN9100 Aerospace series.
  5. 2008: Expansion of premises: 6.000m
